ASKA Sales: CRM and quotes

ASKA Sales is the app of the salesperson who works at customer sites rather than in front of a screen.

It fits inside the length of a meeting. Before walking in, they review the customer record, the open orders, the stage the opportunity has reached. During the conversation, they open the catalogue with your Odoo prices and taxes. On the way out, they build the quote in the car park, before half of what was said is forgotten. The basement of an office building changes nothing: the app keeps everything on the phone, works offline and syncs when the network returns.

What the app covers:

• the Odoo pipeline, its stages and its probabilities
• customer and prospect records, with their contact details and address
• writing a quote with the catalogue, the prices and the taxes
• follow-up on open orders
• the month’s figures, updated at every sync

ASKA Sales is the lightest app of the range. It asks for no configuration choice on first launch: the salesperson signs in, the day is there.

It runs on Odoo Community as well as Odoo Enterprise. Your data goes from the phone to your Odoo server, and nowhere else. The app uses Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports.

ASKA Sales puts the Odoo CRM on the salesperson’s phone: pipeline, customer records, catalogue, quotes and order follow-up, all available offline.

The app interface is in French for now. English and Dutch versions are in preparation.
