ASKA Logistics: inventory

ASKA Logistics is the app of the people who handle the goods: the operator on the dock, the driver on the road.

On the dock, everything starts with the barcode. Scan a parcel, a pallet, a location, and the Odoo transfer updates. Stock counts follow the same gesture. In an aisle with no coverage or in a cold room, the app keeps recording offline and sends everything up when the connection returns.

On the road, the driver opens the round and works down it stop by stop. The customer is not answering the intercom? Call from the record. The address is unpronounceable? Start navigation with one tap. Once dropped off, photograph the parcel, have the customer sign, and the proof goes to Odoo with the time and the position.

What the app covers:

• receipts, internal transfers and shipments
• barcode scanning of parcels, pallets and locations
• delivery rounds with call, navigation and drop-off confirmation
• proof of delivery: photo, signature and GPS position, timestamped in Odoo
• stock counts and on-hand quantities by location

Proof of delivery relies on a free Odoo module that we provide, to be installed on your server. The rest of the app needs nothing beyond your Odoo as it stands.

ASKA Logistics runs on Odoo Community as well as Odoo Enterprise. Your data goes from the phone to your Odoo server, and nowhere else. The app uses Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports.

ASKA Logistics is a barcode scanner for the warehouse and Odoo inventory management: stock counts, receipts, transfers and deliveries, even offline.

The app interface is in French for now. English and Dutch versions are in preparation.
