I am extremely dissatisfied at the poor customer service and ultimately extremely subpar product offered here
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This software initially appeared to save time and be effective, however after using it for a few months it made multiple basic errors. It frequently gets medication names wrong, fabricates information and misses out on vital information! As a test, i ran some test transcripts through base Chat GPT and was surprised when it was able to produce a better SOAP note than this "trained AI". I was using the paid service and when asking for a refund given the poor performance, multiple issues it had with SOAP note generation and accuracy, the team was quite resistant and would not negotiate. Very poor customer service, very poor product and there are many better scribes out there!
