Bandwidth Hero is a Chrome extension designed to save data by compressing all images on web pages. it requires you to have your own backend with a data compression server running on it. A SERVER. Like, you have to write your own backend for this extension to work. That's hilarious - if i was going to write my own image compression backend, why would i pair it with an extension made by some russian guy?
