Github Turbo PR is a Chrome extension designed to optimize GitHub's pull request pages, especially for handling large pull requests that typically cause unresponsiveness. By leveraging the Intersection Observer API, it dynamically detaches file diffs that are outside the viewport and reattaches them when they scroll into view. This reduces DOM nodes and significantly improves page performance.

The extension remains inactive on non-PR pages and is disabled by default on PR compare pages, giving users control to enable it as needed. While it enhances responsiveness and streamlines code review time, some caveats include limited browser find functionality within file diffs and occasional inaccuracies in the review changes count. Overall, Github Turbo PR helps developers spend less time waiting and more time reviewing efficiently.
