How to use the application?

1. Create a profile
Enter your e-mail and phone number and activate your user profile. After that, enter the verification code that was sent to your e-mail address.

2. Add your spaces
After logging in to your user profile, enter the user code and the last four numbers from your last bill for the central heating service issued to you. If your e-mail is not registered in the Toplan database, you will be contacted in order to approve the request. In this way, you can add one or more apartments or business premises and manage them all from one profile.

3. Review the accounts
Track debts, consumption (if you have installed an individual measure) and payment history - clearly, simply and transparently.

4. Finish everything in one place
Pay bills with a card without commission, monitor consumption and submit requests directly from the application.
