Auto Website Blocker Firefox

Auto Website Blocker

"Auto Website Blocker" blocks user-defined websites and the requests to those websites.

Features & Capabilities

"Auto Website Blocker" (shortly AWB) lets the user block web requests to a list of specified websites.

AWB doesn't save any type of data from any users.

AWB was first initiated to work as a scheduled website blocker. But as I don't have much time to work on this project (because I am the only developer for this project), I released it without developing that feature.

Is Auto Website Blocker Safe?

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Auto Website Blocker requires some sensitive permissions that could impact your browser and data security. Exercise caution before installing.
