Auto Refresh reloads any browser tab on a timer.

No accounts. No upsells. No adware. The two biggest auto-refresh extensions in this category have been flagged as browser hijackers by users and security tools. This one is a single source file. You can read it.

What it does: Open the popup on the tab you want to refresh. Pick a preset (30s, 1m, 5m, 15m, 30m) or set your own seconds. Hit Start. The toolbar badge shows the interval so you always know refresh is still running.
