this actually beginner friendly easy to use and I like it very much because it works properly I can tell you how to use it, first click on extension then a pop up open automatically which asks you seconds here you can type how many seconds you need to refresh example I want 3 what if I type 3 now, In every 3 seconds your webpage will refresh automatically and here is a second feature you can change your webpage theme dark or light and every open popup will show you a moral quote so this is very amazing I highly recommend you to download this.
