Users praise basic usability and features like top-up and travel tracking, but reliability is poor. Real-time timings are often inaccurate and live data isn't truly live. Journey planning is inconsistent, with limited route options and removal of favorites. Auto top-up features are broken or removed, and updates cause confusion. Restoring favorites, improving real-time data reliability, and stabilizing top-up would greatly improve the app.

I think that it is good

Tram and train works so so but the Bus scheduling is terrible. It does not show current and next few scheduled service at a particular bus stop for TODAY. It always show NEXT DAY even if I select show "Today". We need to know what bus is coming in the next 5/30 mins, hr etc. Please try to fix the issue as Google maps works better. Coming from Singapore, we have apps like Nestia/My transport that works accurately for use to plan their journey to leave home via any public mode of transportation.
