2024-06-28	St*****	Extremely disappointed that it has been off line for two weeks at a start of a advertising campaign. No notification given that the technology had to be upgraded by logging on to Google play store only when I rang Optus. A huge economic loss to my business. Slack corporate bureaucrats that don't give a s.... about small business. If I ran my business like these slackers I would be held to account big time.

2022-06-24	Ch*****	I would give this 5 stars, but it has some missing stuff to make it so. On the Optus Loop Desktop app, call queue calls tell you the person who is calling if you have them saved in your contacts list. This app doesn't. It would be nice to know who is calling, not just show the number and only find out who it is answering or from the history. There also needs to be a button in the menu to easily not get called. Have to go through settings to find a do not disturb.
