2024-11-06	Ai*****	An excellent banking app, well and truly above those produced by the big 4. The only negative at this time is that I cannot use face unlock as a biometric option on my Pixel 9, although fingerprint unlock is still quick.

2022-12-06	Sñ*****	Old app design was more efficient, loaded faster, less convoluted, easier on the eyes, and accessible. Half the time i have to force close then reopen the app to log in due to supposed connection issues. Update: still slow and janky, and still nowhere near as good as the old app design- but now its a different colour isnt that a relief! ...

2022-07-17	Mi*****	Almost never able to log into the app. Usually says unavailable at this time. The website also has similar issues of being unable to access the logon screen. Seldom a problem with our other banking services. This has been happening so often over the last few months we're seriously considering ditching this mob and putting our money into a bank with a more reliable way of conducting regular banking.

2022-06-11	Th*****	I would say every one in three times I try to log into this app it doesn't work. It either says "your details are incorrect" or "the app is not working at this time" which is so incredibly frustrating. I'm not sure if this is an issue as I have an Android phone but I really think it needs some reviewing it updating. Also sometimes I'm able to log in but then can't make payments or transfers due to the app crashing.

2022-05-11	bl*****	I don't see the problem with the app? Actually it's one of the few that still have a feature that other apps got rid of for some reason $$. But I know a lot of people would love to see this part of the app returned. It might be bit old school but every time you click it works. No hassles. No jumping through hoops. Just a real honest to God problem solver. All you do is click (Contact Us) In a few words your soon linked to a real person. Amazing or what? Best feature ever for problem solving. Wow
I don't see the problem with the app? Actually it's one of the few that still have a feature that other apps got rid of for some reason $$. 2022-05-10	Ch*****	Would be a great App if it worked. I consistently get a message that the App won't open because a USB connection is detected. My phone doesn't have anything plugged in and is not connected to anything. Sometimes I can uninstall and install again and it works, but that had failed as well. Can't open it.

2021-09-13	Da*****	No no no! Zero stars! Why cant I edit a payment within a BANKING APP! It sends me to the internet banking, then says it wont work anyway as I dont have cookies enabled. The old app was easy, and did it in app, you're giving me a headache as I try to budget in tough economic times on an updated app that should be better not worse. Im changing banks to someone whose app does work and can manage to do basic functionality. Im sick of all you IT people, slick interface, cant even do basic functions

2021-08-20	Ja*****	Loved the new upgrade at first. But all of a sudden the text has gone really small. I have perfect eyesight and am struggling to see it. Unable to zoom or make the text larger. I was loving it until this horrible change that I can't seem to fix. I even uninstalled the app, but upon reinstalling it was all still so tiny. It's hard to even make a selection if more than one option is side by side. Because your finger covers them both.

2021-08-08	Na*****	New update is nice. Text size has turned jumbo on me shortly after it was updated. Transfering from accounts and hitting the next button untl the end where it turns to a cancel button can be annoying if not watching. Can end up cancelling the transfer after making you think you did transfer initially only have to do it all over again

But the performance of the app completely destroyed the goodies you brought in the new app. I am almost certain that most of your existing customers would prefer the old app purely because of the performance factor, regardless of the fact the UI looked like a dinosaur. If the performance of the app can be improved (by a big margin) you would have a killing app on the same level of some first tier banks. I am using Galaxy S21 Ultra.
