2026-07-26	A *****	App will not accept 4 digit pin on set up, keeps asking to manage my calls!! Why?!?! Editing to add.. it gets worse. If you need to reset the pin for the app, the only way to do it is to delete the app and reinstall it.. how on earth was this approved as good customer experience.

2026-07-24	Ra*****	This is an app designed by developers without consideration for the user. it looks impressive, but its not good to use. it forces account grouping and sub totals, does not allow you to personalise account ordering, stacks features unnecessarily, uses too many access codes... I just want a simple app that allows me to see my accounts and their balance in an order that makes sense to me, without all this new BS. poor form ING
