Recent reviews

Logging in and out is quicker with fewer steps (but ugly logout screen). I like getting app notifications of transactions rather than texts. The transferring between accounts screen is more intuitive but quite different from the old app and confused me at first. Easy to find and do most things I need to do. BUT it's not so reliable. Twice the new app has not worked when I've been out and about (not available, Try again message) luckily I hadn't deleted the old app which worked fine!

Q: "Where can I find My Messages on the new app?" A: "This feature is not available in the new ING app. To view your My Messages, please log in to online banking on the ING website." Seriously? The very useful Pre-login Quick Balance has also disappeared. Next step for me: find and re-install the old app.
