2024-08-24	Sh*****	Could you please help me with an issue I'm having with the Evercare App on my Samsung galaxy S9. The app is hanging ie it stays stuck on the loading screen - green screen with the Evercare logo with the 3 dots moving. It won't load or open past this point. I have cleared the cache and it didn't make any difference. Can you please assist with this asap.

2023-10-12	Hu*****	Cuurently running a Pixel 5 w/Android 13, when on a video call I cannot choose to route audio to Bluetooth\Phone\Speaker likewise I cannot seem to change my Camera from Rear to Front-facing.
