This app has been developed by Deakin University's Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition to connect people with health professionals to receive remotely delivered exercise and lifestyle coaching .
Use of the app requires a registered user account, which may be restricted to people taking part in research studies conducted by, or in partnership with Deakin University. Use of some functionality requires a compatible Polar hreat rate monitor.
