CCTS Helm

CCTS Helm is the mobile companion to CCTS's web based SaaS platform, built for CCTS field staff to use at supplier counters, and when visiting clients onsite at their offices. It replaces calling the office for a PO number with a single tap and also allows staff to get sign off from clients when finishing a job/ticket.

Field staff can:
- Sign in securely with company credentials, multi-factor authentication, and Face ID
- Request a new purchase order in seconds by selecting from approved suppliers
- Add optional notes to provide context for the accounts team
- Read the resulting PO number aloud to the counter staff
- Star frequent suppliers for one-tap selection on future POs
- View their recent purchase order history

CCTS Helm Mobile is restricted to authorised CCTS users only. Public users cannot sign in or use the app - access requires a CCTS-issued account configured by an administrator.

The app supports on-device biometric authentication via Face ID or Touch ID, silent re-authentication on app reopen, and clear offline indication for a fast field workflow.
