User Reviews

User reviews show mixed sentiment. Positive notes exist when AiMaster works, with some praising its flexibility and occasional helpful support. However, recurring issues dominate: frequent inability to connect to NAS/server, login and password handling problems, stability crashes, and a clunky setup/UI experience. Many users also cite missing features and management gaps (e.g., no factory reset, ADM feature gaps). The overall picture is a mix of workable performance in rare cases and significant reliability and usability problems for most users.
Pros
  • When it functions, AiMaster performs as described, delivering a good experience.
  • Some users find the app flexible and capable, with supportive help from ASUSTOR.
Cons
  • Frequent connectivity issues: users report not being able to connect to their NAS or server.
  • Login/authentication problems and password handling: login failures, credentials not remembered or being misread.
  • Stability and crashes: app crashes during NAS switching, biometric unlock, or general operation.
  • Poor UI/UX and setup experience: difficult setup, non-intuitive navigation, outdated UI.
  • Missing features / functional gaps: lack of factory reset, insufficient ADM features, and management limitations.

okay, thanks for including the older adm platform in this update. We all appreciate it 🙏 . I've been using the Google Play Store for AI Master since it first came out 2014. Not more than a couple months back AiMaster had an update with a warning message not to install if not running less than ADM 4.0, unfortunately the auto update installed it anyway but you guys were nice enough to add ADM 3.9 to the current version. Thanks 🙏
