Las reseñas destacan una experiencia positiva cuando funciona (interfaz intuitiva, módulos útiles, uso general). Pero hay fallos repetidos: la app no abre o se congela al iniciar, se desloguea o expira la sesión, las videollamadas médicas fallan o no aparecen, la generación/visualización de la Smart Card falla y hay lentitud o errores frecuentes que interrumpen citas y gestiones.

La información que tiene la app es buena y útil. Tengo un teléfono de alta gama y aún así funciona muy mal. Se cierra sola la app, tarda en entrar y tiene comportamientos erráticos. Muy molesto e incómodo cuando necesitas entregar el token durante una consulta.
