Zona Foco

Open Instagram "for a minute" and lose the whole afternoon? Zona Foco helps you decide what to do with your time and actually do it, by getting you out of the apps that distract you.

🗓️ PLAN YOUR DAY BY THE HOUR
• Set your exact free time, for example from 4:02 to 8:47 pm, and reuse it every day if you like.
• Build your plan in blocks and see your open slots at a glance.
• "Fill open slots with to-dos" fits your to-dos into your free time, starting with the most urgent.
• The "NOW" card tells you what's on right now and what's next.

✅ TO-DOS AND DAILIES
• Write down everything you could do, by category: Work, Study, Personal, Health, Home or your own.
• Give each to-do a priority, a duration and a date.
• Create dailies, things you do every day or on certain days (read, exercise, drink water), with or without a time, and keep your streak 🔥.

⏱️ FOCUS SESSIONS
• Choose what you'll focus on and for how long.
• See the countdown in the notification.
• Strict mode so you can't give up early.

🔒 DISTRACTION BLOCKING
• You choose when: during your focus sessions, in your free time, or always, without starting a session.
• Instagram, "messages only": reply to your DMs while Home, Reels and Explore are blocked.
• Instagram, "no Reels": everything works except Reels and Explore.
• YouTube, "no Shorts": watch regular videos, no Shorts.
• Block Chrome's Incognito mode; regular Chrome keeps working.
• Fully block TikTok, Facebook, X, Snapchat or any app.

🔔 HELPFUL REMINDERS
• When each block starts (or a few minutes before), with a button to start focusing.
• When your free time begins.
• A reminder for dailies you haven't done.
• A daily summary in the morning.

📈 PRODUCTIVITY CALENDAR
• A monthly heatmap shows how productive each day was.
• Check your streak, your focus hours and everything you finished.

🔐 YOUR PRIVACY FIRST
Zona Foco has no accounts, doesn't use the internet and collects no data: everything stays on your phone. To block apps it uses Android's accessibility service, only to know which app is open (or which section, like Reels, or whether a Chrome tab is Incognito) and take you out of what you blocked. It doesn't read your messages, what you type or the pages you visit.

Zona Foco is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google or Meta.
