Accessibility Service Permission

Focentra uses Android’s AccessibilityService API to provide core app-blocking and focus protection features.

The Accessibility permission is used only for:
• Detecting when selected blocked apps are opened
• Blocking distracting apps during active focus sessions
• Enforcing focus mode chosen by the user
• Helping users reduce distractions and improve productivity

Focentra does NOT:
• Collect personal or sensitive data
• Read or store typed text, passwords, or messages
• Monitor personal conversations
• Track browsing activity outside the app-blocking functionality
• Share accessibility data with third parties
