2022-12-18	Br*****	When New Ticket Is Created By User, It Should Send Sound Notification To Mobile, That Ticket Has Been Created, & Notification Should Be Clear As INSHORTS APP GIVES NOTIFICATION ALERT, But It Seems Whmcs Does Not Do The Job Right Way, NO SOUND NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED And Worst Part Is That Even When Licence Price Is Hiked & We Have To Pay Monthly Fee, We Are Unable To Manage Our Business With This Errorful App
