This app is truly unusable - what a perfect example of unchecked Capitalism. This is a company I've interfaced with for over 5 years for work, and I've struggled to use their products the entire time. For the record, ConnectWise was a bad purveyor when they were ConnectWise. They've been bought and sold a couple of times since then; the app reflects that. When was your last successful login?

Cannot give it less then one star. App is horrible. The single sign on does not work, makes you sign in twice when enabled. Once on the app and once in a browser. Constantly having to reinstall the app cause we can not sign in. And that is the least of the issues. When it is working. Working on getting my company away from this garbage. So if you can avoid the hot mess and just print out the ticket on paper, it will save you more time. And other times it just fails and you have to unistall.
