• Try one calm thing tonight. Clear steps, the words to use, and why it can help. Save it to your family's plan in a tap.
• Watch the calm grow. Quick logs and before, during and after observations build into patterns and small wins over the weeks.
• Bring your team in. Your co-parent sees everything live. Teachers, carers and therapists can join a shared team diary, and you choose who is in it.

SAFE BY DESIGN
If anything you write suggests someone may be at risk, Wattlebird pauses the coaching and shows crisis and support contacts instead. Wattlebird offers psychoeducation and parent coaching. It is not therapy, diagnosis or medical treatment, and it works alongside your child's clinicians and care team, never instead of them.
