The AccessTicket app receives consistently negative feedback due to frequent failures in ticket activation and verification, poor user interface, and unreliable customer support. Excessive data grab by Primavera. There is no justification for requiring you to scan an ID to put a name to a ticket. Totally intrusive and also a data risk trusting an events company with that level of personal data. Who knows what they really do with it. Only tickets I ever bought that required this. Unacceptable.

It simply doesn't work. Unable to input my email code as the input for numbers disappears. I have reinstalled many times with no luck. In person support during PS was good though, but worried for when they're not there.
Despite the extremely negative reviews, the app worked quite well for me just now when receiving a ticket transfer. It was a bit dodgy - I had to click the link several times, then it said "invalid code", but then it did actually work - and I was able to make an account no problem. The identity verification process made sense and I was verified immediately, so overall a pretty painless process! Also got the verification emails. Perhaps the app has been improved since the negative reviews.
App is a complete piece of junk. Customer service is closed on the day were you have to activate you ticket. Why do you need two different app just to get into a concert? Cant wait to delete this garbage
Worst app exists. I can't believe Primavera keeps using it. It took us half an hour to buy the ticket, and by the time we wanted to get in to the festival, it stopped working. We had to go for half an hour until we found technical support that helped us understand where are tickets are. We lost a full concert we wanted to see. Tip: always take screenshots when you buy the tickets and see the QR code
The fact that the tickets are sold through dice, but require this awlful app to access them, is not only annoying but also disrespectful.

Just unbelievably bad. Ticket became inaccessible half way through the festival because the app demanded an update and then refused to update. Give me a PDF to print for Christ's sake.
