Every person is different! With the isi app you can find out what helps you best and relieves your symptoms. It accompanies you in everyday life with PMS.

Observe. Stay on top of things by documenting your symptoms, events, influencing factors and treatments in a specialized diary.

Understand. Find out what really helps you and become an expert for your individual challenges through intelligent diary evaluations. The isi app suggests suitable and scientifically based learning modules from various disciplines, e.g. from psychology, nutritional science and physiotherapy. In this way you become more aware of connections and possible actions.

Therapy. Don’t stay alone with your complaints and challenges! Based on the diary evaluations, the isi app creates a daily plan tailored to you that accompanies you in everyday life. This includes a variety of learning modules and interactive exercises. You can also create an individual SOS plan and use your evaluations to make arrangements with your doctor.
