Pictor OS is the work order in the hands of the field technician. They receive the work orders directly from the company, execute the service step-by-step, and leave proof of what was done—even where there is no signal.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
In buildings, basements, or rural areas, the technician continues working: the evidence is queued on the device and uploads automatically, in batches, when the network returns. Nothing is lost and nothing needs to be redone.

YOU NEED A COMPANY ACCOUNT
Pictor OS is a work tool, not a consumer app. Each monitoring and electronic security company operates its own server, and the app needs to be registered with that central office before the first access — registration is done by scanning the QR code displayed by the central office.

There is no registration within the app: the contracting company creates the technician's access in its system. If you are a technician, request credentials from your team coordinator. If you are the company and are not yet using Pictor, contact us.

PERMISSIONS, AND WHY EACH ONE
• Location (foreground): records where the order was executed and completed. There is no continuous tracking or background use.

• Camera: evidence photo taken at the time and QR code reading.
