Prorrac Técnico is the field app for technicians who perform installations, maintenance, deliveries, and pickups. Connected to the Prorrac management panel, it allows you to receive work orders, run checklists, capture photos, collect signatures, and update statuses—all in real time or offline.

Send mandatory and additional photos. Automatic upload queue with option to send only via Wi-Fi. Automatic compression and visual status indicators.

WORKS 100% OFFLINE
Receive the schedule and work all day without a connection. Fill out checklists, take photos, and collect signatures offline. Everything synchronizes automatically upon reconnection.

HISTORY AND ANALYSIS
View completed services. Productivity summary with graphs by service type. Managers have a managerial overview with ranking by technician and unit.

SECURITY
Login with encrypted credentials. Exclusive communication via HTTPS. Local data isolated by device.
