Used the old reporting app for a year with no problems. The new software is nothing but problems. Have the time it won't load. This goes for all platforms and operating systems. Trust me I've tried everything. Very very buggy. It's concerning when it holds very personal information. For instance today on the computer I tried logging in but wouldn't work. But there was a menu bar in the corner that would let me access my profile and then access my account. This app needs a major backdoor overhaul
