A timer that lets you feel time through the length of a candle, not through digits.

A single candle burns quietly in the middle of a dark screen, growing shorter as time passes. When it burns out the flame fades, a thin wisp of smoke rises, and a notification tells you it's done. No countdown numbers, ever.

Watching the remaining minutes pulls your attention away — yet ignoring the timer entirely leaves you unsure how much time has passed. By turning that passage of time into the length of a candle, the app lets you take in your progress at a glance, without numbers stealing your focus.

· Minimal, dark interface designed entirely around the candle and its flame
· No standard sliders or switches — set the time with a circular dial and tap-to-toggle text
· A unified palette of gold and amber tones, drawn from the candle itself


■ Approximate mode (a signature feature)

Just tap the minute display in the center of the screen to toggle it on or off. When enabled, the timer ends slightly before or after the set time, just like a real candle would. Accepting that "roughly" is itself part of the practice — that is the design intent.


■ Keeps running in the background

The timer continues when the screen is off, and a notification lets you know when it finishes (notification permission required).
