Everything runs locally on your device. Your session history and preferences stay private and offline.

The interface is minimal by design. A decorative background and soft overlay keep the screen easy on the eyes during longer sits. Bottom navigation and a side drawer give quick access to session settings and history without interrupting your focus.

First-time users are walked through a short five-screen introduction that covers the basics: setting duration, reading the ring display, and adjusting haptic preferences. After that, the app stays out of your way.

A four-digit PIN option is available if you want to keep your practice data private. Session defaults, starting tab, and week format can all be adjusted from the settings screen.

Works entirely offline. No registration, no purchases, no permissions beyond what the timer itself needs.
