Terrible integration with banks, even worse customer service. Expenses show up as refunds with no way to manually correct. It messed my numbers up badly. I was a customer for two years before this started about 6 months ago. I have a year membership and they refused to refund me the rest of the year due to the glitch they told me they had no timeline on fixing. Notice that even Hurdlr replied that this glitch started MONTHS ago with no solution. Everyone I know is made aware to switch companies.

app stopped tracking my milage.

App regularly misses my deductible rideshare miles! A worse problem: doesn't support IRS requirements - there must be a clear distinction between Personal and Commute. Neither are deductible. But the app doesn't support categories on personal. EVERYTHING must be recorded as Personal. Conclusion: not worth paying $$ for this app. EDIT: I know how categorize deductible business expenses. Commute is NOT deductible, this is a forced workaround. Still not worth $$
