Progress is more than done or not done. Log the exact amount you completed, including partial progress or more than today's target, and update today's entry whenever you need to. If a step felt too hard, the next increase waits. After two misses, the plan can ease back gently instead of asking you to start over.

See your last 30 sessions, calendar, best session, compound progress, and future path. Set up to three reminders; once every scheduled goal is done, HabitScaler stays quiet for the rest of the day.
