Oktapus Pro: Loyalty Stamps

Oktapus Pro is the app for merchants. Use it to give your customers their loyalty stamps, with a contactless card or from your own phone. Your customers keep their card in the Oktapus app.

AT THE COUNTER
• With the Oktapus contactless card, hold it to the customer's phone: the stamp is given, nothing to scan. It's the fastest way to hand out your stamps, even several in a row.
• Without the card, tap "Scan a customer" and aim at the code the customer shows in their Stamp tab.
• The result appears at once: "Stamp given", with the card's progress.
• No network? The scan is kept on the phone and sent when the connection returns.

REWARDS
• When a card is full, the screen tells you.
• The full card is archived and a new one begins.

YOUR CARD, YOUR STYLE
• Choose the reward, the number of stamps and the card's colour, and add your logo.
• Put your menu online: your customers can read it from your shop's page.

THE LOG
• Every stamp and every reward is recorded there. A mistake? Tap the line to remove it.

STATISTICS TO KNOW YOUR CUSTOMERS
• Follow your shop's activity and your customers' loyalty with clear statistics, updated with every visit.

THE CONTACTLESS CARD
• Activate it from the app by placing it against your phone.
• A lost card is reported in one gesture and no longer gives any stamp.

SIMPLE SAFEGUARDS
• A code works only once.
• You choose how many stamps the same customer can receive in ten minutes: 3 by default, up to 10.
• Without an account, a customer receives 3 stamps at most; beyond that, the app invites them to create their free account.
