Fedely transforms the cardboard loyalty card into a card that lives in your phone's Wallet.

The customer scans your store's QR code, enters their name and surname, and the card is already on their phone. They don't have to download any apps, they don't have to register anywhere, they don't have to remember anything. You, at the counter, open their card and tap +1: the stamp appears on their phone, even if they've already left the store.

HOW IT WORKS

Choose how to reward them: with stamps ("the tenth pizza is free"), by euros spent ("breakfast for every €100"), or by points. You decide how often the reward is due and what it is. Then you design the card: color, logo, or icon, whatever stamp you prefer. You see it as you make it, as the customer will see it.

YOU COUNT WHAT YOU SELL

The bar counts the coffees, the shop counts the euros, the hairdresser counts the visits. On the card, the customer reads "7 / 10 PIZZAS," not "7 / 10 STAMPS": it's clear in half a second, without thinking.

AT THE COUNTER

Scan the QR code on the customer's card, or search for them by name. One tap and the stamp is there. The app tells you when they reach the reward, and with another tap, the reward is collected and the card is restarted. If you make a mistake, it's reversed: it's recorded who did what and when.

WHO WORKS WITH YOU

You invite whoever you want and assign them the right role. The owner sees and changes everything. The manager also sees the numbers. The operator issues stamps and rewards, and that's it. The delivery driver can only issue stamps: no rewards, no refunds. So you can leave your phone with anyone without a care in the world.

EVEN THE MENU

If you own a business, you can also keep the menu here, with prices and allergens. Customers open it from their card, and you update it when they change a dish.

Change the paper color, the logo, the reward: it changes on all the cards already in circulation, and the stamps customers have already received stay where they were. No one starts from scratch.

A phone and your business. No barcode scanners, no card printers, no contracts with anyone. Fedely is designed for those who work behind the counter and have no time to waste: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, hair salons, beauticians, groomers, neighborhood shops.

Your customer data is yours. It's on European servers; we don't sell it to anyone and we don't use it for anything else. You can close your business and delete everything whenever you want, from the app, without contacting anyone.
