Ficheo - Control horario

Ficheo is the employee app for recording your company's work hours. Clock in, take breaks, and clock out with a single tap and always have your hours, shifts, and vacation time at your fingertips.

CLOCK IN WITH A ONE TAP
• Clock in, take breaks, and clock out with a single button and a timer for the current period.

• Clock in with location when your company requires it, and with your workplace's QR code sign or NFC sticker.

• Works offline too: clocking in is saved on your phone and sent automatically as soon as the network connection is restored.

• Dedicated work schedule notifications with pause and exit options, a home screen widget, and quick access from the quick settings.

• Reminders so you don't forget to clock in.

YOUR HOURS, CLEARLY VIEWED
• Today's and week's hours, your total hours, and any lateness.

• History of your clock-ins and clock-outs and a monthly calendar showing days worked, holidays, and absences.

• Overtime: what you've worked and what you've requested.

• Transparency: see any changes the company makes to your clock-in/out records.

VACATIONS, ABSENCES, AND SHIFTS
• Request vacation, individual days off, or a few hours and track the status of each request.

• Attach supporting documentation with a photo or file.

• Check your shift schedule and request a swap with a colleague.

EVERYTHING ELSE
• Company announcements and news feed, documents (pay slips, contracts), and signatures for those who need them.

• Your schedule, your profile, and your settings: light or dark theme, time format, and notifications.

Ficheo is for people who work for a company that uses Ficheo: your company registers you and sends you access. You can log in with your email or username, or with your Google or Microsoft account if your company allows it.
