2026-07-08	Br*****	Extremely buggy. After paying for a membership, I couldn't activate my card. Clicking "Start" either does nothing or shows a white screen. Support told me it takes 3 business days just to investigate, which is a terrible first impression for a paid service. Even after they claimed it was fixed, the links they sent didn't work. For a financial app that requires a fee, the technical execution and support speed are very disappointing. Fix the bugs!

2026-06-23	Vi*****	I've been using Extra since 2023 and 3 years later, its still really good! only monthly charge isnt bad at all. Service is customer service is very quick and responsive. only 2 things i recommend, add an update feature that allows users to search their transactions. And report to 3 three credit comapnies mkre aggressively. but overall 5 stars⭐️

2026-02-21	Gi*****	more of a review on the service than the app. I been using this for a year plus now and for the past few months I can't long it gives me an invalid auth and when I click the button to contact member service or whatever its called nothing happens. I don't know if I even still have an account or if my info is now compromised. not happy about this. if I see any suspicious activity connected to the info I provided when making the account, I will know the source.

2025-11-11	Tw*****	very buggy mess. when it work, it does for maybe 5 minutes. then the app proceeds to flash the top notifications bar and eventually just closes itself while making my phone overheat, it will then close loop itself for the rest of the day or week.
