very bad customer service! refuses to cancel subscription. the customer service decided to charge my card the moment I told her I was cancel. I will be reporting this business everywhere!

more of a review on the service than the app. I been using this for a year plus now and for the past few months I can't long it gives me an invalid auth and when I click the button to contact member service or whatever its called nothing happens. I don't know if I even still have an account or if my info is now compromised. not happy about this. if I see any suspicious activity connected to the info I provided when making the account, I will know the source.
