It's a connected application designed for wine and spirits professionals.

Developed in the field, it supports each step: harvest (volume tracking, projection of pure alcohol/hectolitres/hectares/harvest log), vinification (temperature-density curve, traceability of inputs), aging and inventory management (movement and traceability of eaux-de-vie, blending, adjustments, tasting tracking, etc.), and we will soon be providing a module dedicated to distillation.
