New business features in version 5.0 (45 commits since 4.0)

The redesigned app
- Completely redesigned interface: floating navigation, capsule search, streamlined maps with health ratings (healthy / monitoring / critical), swipe actions on maps (members, invite, rename, delete), plot information reorganized into three tabs: Rate / Visits / To Do.

Login screen harmonized with the web, improved biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint).

Dictation becomes a management tool
- "To Do" tab: each instruction dictated in the field ("plan to lift," "trellise") becomes a checkable action, linked to its plot. A single dictation can create multiple actions; a simple observation no longer creates false ones.

- Voice onboarding: recording starts automatically upon first use; new users immediately experience the value of voice.

An AI that understands the business, in 4 languages
- No more French translation of dictations in English, Italian, and Spanish; the account's language is respected everywhere.

- Enhanced oenological and viticultural glossary (+100 concepts, 4 languages) + phonetic correction
- Learning loop: corrections from oenologists in the field improve everyone's transcriptions.

Phytosanitary and field management
- Estate-wide phytosanitary management: add or remove a product on all plots at once (long press).

Pesticide register readable in columns (dose, pre-harvest interval, buffer zone), filters by disease, organic, and biocontrol.

Location is requested upon arrival at the plot (for weather), no longer when taking a photo.

Reliability and security
- The app no ​​longer disconnects on every closure; the sending queues (sync, audio) are visible and actionable; “Invalidating all tokens” now actually disconnects all sessions, including web sessions.
