- Daily wellness check-in — Log how you slept, how sore you are and how ready you feel in just a few taps. Your coaching staff uses this to support you better.

- Training load (RPE) — After each session, rate how hard it was. EachPlayer turns this into your personal training load so you and your staff can balance effort and recovery.

- Track your progress — Follow your own evolution over time: your check-in streak, your fitness (vIFT) and your growth curve. Everything is about you versus yourself — never a comparison with teammates.

- Log your own sessions — Went for a run or an extra workout outside team training? Add it, and it counts toward your load once your coach approves it.

- Stay informed — Get reminders and messages from your club so you never miss a check-in.
