Dynamik Messenger

Dynamik Messenger is the phone app for teams that answer their business's customer messages on dynamik.app.

When a customer writes to your business's WhatsApp or text number, the conversation arrives in the app. Anyone on the team can read it, reply and see who has already answered, so nobody misses a message and nobody answers twice.

What you can do
- See every conversation of the inboxes you have been given, newest first
- Filter by conversations assigned to you, unassigned ones or all of them
- Read the whole conversation and reply from your phone
- Send a photo, a file or a voice note when a customer needs one
- Get a notification when a new message arrives
- Assign a conversation to a colleague and mark it as resolved
