CrewPlan

CrewPlan – Shift Planning for Volunteers
CrewPlan is the app that makes volunteering easy. Whether you’re part of a crew at a festival, a sporting event, a market or an association, CrewPlan brings together all the practicalities in one place – so you can focus on what matters: being involved.

Your overview – always in your pocket
With CrewPlan you get access to your shifts, your plan and your team directly from your mobile. You can see where you need to be, when you need to meet and who you are working with – without having to look through emails or spreadsheets.

With CrewPlan you can:
See all your upcoming shifts and your entire program
Check in and out directly from the app
Receive push notifications for changes in the plan
Swap or cancel shifts according to the rules set by your organization
Keep track of your perks, tickets and benefits
Find practical info about meeting places, contacts and tasks
Communicate with coordinators and the rest of the crew

Built for volunteers – and those who coordinate them
CrewPlan was developed in close collaboration with organizers who know how much work goes into a well-oiled shift schedule. The app is the volunteer counterpart to our web platform, which coordinators and crew chiefs use to plan, assign and communicate – but where you as a volunteer get a calm and clear overview without technical noise.

For which events?
