BreatheBox is a calm, carefully crafted box-breathing app. Box breathing is the simplest pattern there is: breathe in, hold, breathe out, hold, all for the same count. BreatheBox keeps time so you don't have to, and gets out of the way. Choose a preset, settle, breathe, and leave.

FOUR PRESETS
• Reset: 4 cycles, about a minute. Before a call.
• Settle: 11 cycles, about three minutes. Between tasks.
• Session: 19 cycles, about five minutes. Daily practice.

GUIDED THE WAY YOU WANT, OR NOT AT ALL
Four channels, each independently on or off. Eyes closed with the phone in a pocket, or a full screen of water.
• Voice: a calm recorded human voice, words only at each phase change. Counts if you want them. Two voices.
• Sound: soundscapes whose texture shifts with each phase, not a flat loop. Drone, Rain and Ocean, with an optional soft chime at each corner.
• Visual: Box trace, Shoreline, Orb or Horizon. Holds read as stillness, never as a frozen screen.
• Haptics: a distinct tap pattern for each phase, so the app works without looking.

Sessions keep going with the screen off.
