2024-11-20	Ja*****	Garbage. Have to scan the qr code everytime you want to work, you can't just leave the thing connected. Also it's a glorified alarm clock, it doesn't do anything useful like automatically raise or lower your desk at the time or even be aware of my preprogrammed heights at the desk

2024-08-08	Fr*****	"The sitting height is outside the desk's range OR your desk is not connected to the app." Neither statement is true, so unfortunately, app/dongle is currently useless (Pixel 8 Pro). Update: To resolve, go into settings > Desk height calibration > I have reset my desk. Discovered this by chance.

2024-02-24	Ji*****	Buggy. Often refuses to change sit/stand heights and sometimes crashes the desk's controller (requires pulling the AC plug for a while). The app says it is version is "1.0.2_Gamma test", indicating a pre-production build. This would be fine if they were updating the app; I understand software is difficult to get right. But I've sent them detailed bug reports and even offered to help isolate the root cause of reproducible problems, with no substantive response. Sorry to be so negative.

2023-08-24	Je*****	Save yourself the money and don't buy the Bluetooth dongle. Easily the worst design app that I have the unfortunate necessity to use on a daily basis. Requires unnecessary permissions, forces you to allow you to run it in the background, and the UX and overall system design is highly inept. Again, save yourself from this app money and don't buy the dongle. Or better yet, get another desk.

2023-05-04	Do*****	The app works great, but it appears it was created with hot-desking/hoteling in mind. When trying to use it at home, I have to disconnect it every day when I'm finished working. I wish I could set a timeframe for sit/stand notifications.

2023-04-28	La*****	Simple but effective. Great to have the option to adjust the desk with my phone. The stats section I find is my favorite thing about the app. Fun to see what my work day looks like with the use of the desk!

2023-03-23	Sh*****	Clean interface with every function of the handset, plus trackers and reminders for sitting time/calories/etc. Connects quickly and haven't experienced any random disconnects. This app also allows me to remove the handset from the front of the desk for an extra minimalist desktop edge.
