Allez - HIIT Interval Timer

An interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, boxing rounds and circuit training.

• Work, rest, sets, recovery and cycles, each set in seconds, with an optional get ready, warm-up and cooldown
• Six templates ready to go: Classic Tabata, EMOM, 30/30, 40/20, Boxing rounds, Beginner
• Four beep styles: Classic, Wood, Digital and Chime
• Or a voice that says the words out loud — Get ready, Work, Rest, Done — in any English voice on your phone
• A 3-2-1 countdown before every change
• Full-screen colour for each interval, readable from the floor
• Cues keep playing with the screen locked, and the notification carries Pause and Resume
• Plays over Spotify and YouTube Music, and still sounds with Do Not Disturb on
• Lock the controls so a sweaty tap cannot stop your set
• Every workout recorded: workouts this week, work time and your streak
• Free: the whole timer, three saved routines, no account, no ads
• Pro, one payment: unlimited routines, named exercises, blocks and full history. No subscription, nothing to cancel.
