What is Stacker?

"Stacker" is a Chrome extension called Stacker that enhances Github's UI to simplify the management of stacked pull requests. It allows you to mark pull requests as dependent on your previous work, view changes made in the PR you're reviewing, and receive automatic warnings of pull request dependencies.
