In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
Enable Developer mode
Drag and drop the downloaded Tazzo: Toys for your Kid CRX file into the Extensions page
When prompted, click Add extension to install Tazzo: Toys for your Kid.

Install ZIP file

Download and unpack the Tazzo: Toys for your Kid ZIP file to a directory of your choice.
