What is CAMELIA for ChatGPT

AI-to-AI interaction is a dream of mankind. Currently, there are many ways to realize it. Many mechanisms use APIs at the cost of high functionality and require knowledge of the system. I have built a simple mechanism as a gateway to AI dialogue systems.
