Lock & Save Battery Wear OS

Wear OS app to add a shortcut in your app drawer to go to lock screen & save battery.
On my tests, battery can last 5 times more when screen is locked, because:
- It disables screen touch detection (press button to unlock)
- It disables background processes
- It limits network activity
Bluetooth remains active.

Apart from saving battery, this app is also useful for avoiding any accidental touch on screen.
Just like you lock your phone by pressing a button, this app allows you to do the same on your WearOS watch.
